Who I am

Sharp Hoof Care is my hoof care business. I'm Tullia. To reach me, text or ring 0447062278, or email accounts@sharphoofcare.com.

What I keep

Your name, mobile and email; your property's address and gate or access notes; each horse's details, history, photos and vet reports; and your invoices and payments.

How I get it

From the forms I send you, and from what you tell me on the phone or at the yard.

Why

To book and do the work, send you the texts and emails about it, invoice you, keep each horse's history, and keep the records the tax rules ask for.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys it, and I never share it for marketing. These services hold or carry it for me: Cloudflare, which runs this site, keeps the records and sends the emails; Cellcast, which sends the texts; and Backblaze, which keeps the backups.

Where it's kept

Cloudflare stores the records in its Oceania region where it can, but it doesn't promise they stay in Australia.

Photos

Before-and-after hoof photos go on this site only for horses whose owner said yes. They never show people, the owner's name or where the horse lives, and you can change your answer any time.

Seeing or fixing what I keep

Ask me to see what I keep about you, or to correct or delete it. Invoices are kept for 5 years, as the tax rules ask.

Cookies

Browsing this site sets no cookies, and there's no tracking or advertising on it. Signing in to the Client area sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. It does nothing else. The Become a client form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check it isn't a bot.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, tell me first and I'll put it right.

Texts and emails

Booking texts and emails are only about your own horses' work. The text when a horse is due goes only to those who agreed to it, and you can stop it any time.
